Built a confidential multi-tenant operations platform where the hard problems were data fusion and geo intelligence, not CRUD alone. The system ingests bulk spreadsheets and multiple third-party REST APIs, normalizes entities with coordinates, and serves GeoJSON heatmap layers for map-based planning. Laravel AI agents turn unstructured briefs into typed records and score spatial candidates; tiered pipelines combine static density, traffic-weighted points, and semantic relevance with explicit API fallbacks.
