Protomorph turns a one-line product vision into a Quark — JSON that powers an Excalidraw architecture board and an auto-generated executive pitch deck, plus recommended stack and logic layers. Built with Laravel 12, Laravel AI (Gemini Architect agent), and Inertia/React with the Excalidraw SDK. Supports iterative “refine vision” merges so founders and architects can loop on the same project without restarting from scratch.
