At AeonX Digital I was lead engineer on Gopal Namkeen’s distribution and order-processing modernization (AWS case study).

Production (distribution management)

Factory IoT on the plant LAN; Python services interpreted device data into a local MySQL store, synced periodically to SAP S/4HANA so production could drive POs/SOs. A conveyor-line display showed live packages and orders for the packaging floor.

Dealer portal

Laravel dealer portal on AWS (CloudFront, ELB, Graviton EC2) with SAP as system of record: master data push, order capture, credit/financial rules with live SAP validation, announcements, and granular RBAC. JSON APIs with secured integration to S/4HANA in a peered VPC.

Article-reported outcomes after go-live (2022): faster dealer onboarding, fewer support calls, no downtime at peak load, significant infrastructure cost improvement on AWS.
